As a SOMA™, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue and qualified opportunities through daily outbound activity in the field—while being supported by Axiom’s structured sales systems and executive leadership team.

(You will be expected to physically go out each day and engage with people in real-world environments—approaching strangers, starting conversations, and presenting the offer. As such, you are required to actively have a means of transportation to generate introductions and sales opportunities. In Phase 1, we’ll begin by activating your personal income blueprint and initiating conversations to generate early sales and momentum.

As you progress into Phase 2, you’ll operate in the field consistently—engaging new prospects, delivering structured presentations, and creating opportunities on demand through outbound prospecting.

Over time, Phase 3 allows you to scale your results by reinvesting into additional lead flow, increasing both volume and income potential.

Each sale you generate produces immediate commission, while also creating backend opportunities for larger earnings and long-term growth.

You’ll also be responsible for basic tracking, managing your pipeline, and maintaining consistent communication with your team and leadership.

The Strategic Outbound Marketing Agent is a commission-only position which means your earning potential is essentially unlimited.

As the appointments you generate continue through our sales cycle and become clients, you will be paid a flat-rate commission.

Our proprietary A.I.-based product suite ranges from in price from $497.00 up to $50,000.00—earning you a minimum commission of $150.00 up to $3,500.00 commission on each sale you help to facilitate.

Our elite closers are responsible to convert your leads into paying clients. Your role is simply making high quality introductions.

Additionally, there will be opportunities to earn bonus checks by meeting qualifying sales in various promotions.

Example Earnings:

$3,500 Commission X 4 Sales (In 4 Weeks) = $14,000

Plus 50% Matching Bonus Commission:

$14,000 Base + $7,000 Bonus = $21,000 in 4 weeks.

It can be—but make no mistake, this is a performance-based role, not a punch-the-clock position.

SOMA™ team members are expected to execute daily virtual check-ins multiple times per day. We also conduct online meetings and attend regular online presentations, so reliable internet connection is required. While the calendar includes structured training and collaboration time, you’ll still have some flexibility to set your outreach and campaign hours around your personal workflow.

That said, production is what counts—not how many hours you clock in.

There’s no formal “sales quota,” but there is an activity-based quota based on daily lead generation KPIs which must be respected.

The standard is clear: our top SOMAs™ are consistently generating a minimum of 10 new leads per day once trained and building strong, income-producing pipelines as a result.

With the level of support you’ll receive, failing to produce results consistently may lead to dismissal—not because of time invested, but because of opportunities left unrealized.

This role is built for self-starters who take initiative and driven by personal income goals without being told.

If you need constant direction, supervision, or motivation to take action—this is not the right fit. Additionally, if you do not have your own transportation for daily mobility, this also likely not the right fit.

In transparency, we are far less concerned with your background, degrees, or previous titles—and far more focused on one thing: your ability to produce results.
