As a Market Development Representative you will be working in local venues which have agreed to partner with Axiom Strategic Capital by allowing us to engage with their customers in an in-store promotion.

NOTE: As an MDR you must have your own transportation to and from the local venues therefore a car is required.

Once in the store, you’ll be engaging with customers and offering them our free research report entitled The Axiom Report. Our corporate goal is to get the store customers to read The Axiom Report and provide us with their feedback after doing so.

To entice their participation, as an MDR, you’ll also be giving the customers gift cards in addition to the free report that can be used immediately in store.

In order to receive a gift card, customers must agree to receive our research report, read it, and book an appointment to provide their feedback with one of our Strategic Research Consultants.

*As an MDR, you are required to book a minimum of 15 appointments per day.

After sharing their feedback (good or bad), with one of our Strategic Research Consultants, the Prospect will receive an additional gift card (totaling 2), for their participation.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be updating tracking files, attending board meetings, and maintaining day to day communication with your manager.

As the appointments you generate continue through our sales cycle and do a trial of our technology, you will be paid a $750.00 commission.

Additionally, if you generate 10 sales in a calendar month, you’ll also receive a 50% matching check bonus.

Example Earnings:

$750 Commission X 20 Trials (In 30 Days) = $15,000

Plus Bonus Commission:

$15,000 Base Commission + 10 Sales = 50% Matching Check Bonus or $7,500 Bonus

Totaling $22,500/mo.

It will take a full-time effort working 5 to 6 days per week to book 80 to 100 appointments per week.

Additionally, 75 booked appointments per week is the minimum. Failure to reach this quota will result in termination.

If you’ve done door-to-door sales, direct sales, or retail sales before you should thrive here.

If you can produce consistently, you’ll do just fine.
